Installation Information
Our products are shipped disassembled (without assembly) in special packages.
Installation belongs to our customers. Our products do not require mastery when installed.
The packages include the necessary installation diagram for easy and fun installation.
All mounting brackets and accessories are included in the package. You can easily install it with simple hand tools.
There are numbers on the parts to ensure error-free installation of the products. The installation guide explains in detail how to install.
Box and Packaging Information
It is sent disassembled in its specially packaged package.
The product is supported with honeycomb cardboard and corner brackets in the box to prevent the product from being damaged during transportation.
Delivery Information
The package must be checked when the products are received from the container or truck.
In case of damage to the packages, send the images to the customer representative.
After the Damage Identification is made, the necessary parts are sent in the next shipment.
The part number is available on the products in the package.
After sales service
To benefit from after-sales service, be sure to keep your assembly diagram, warranty certificate and invoice.
You can contact our customer service representatives for damage to your product that occurred during transportation.
Your broken, scratched, etc. parts will be produced within 2-3 business days and sent to you free of charge in the next shipment.
